These Terms govern use of pavadi.pro and any services purchased from Pavel Didenko (“we”, “us”). This is a practical template for a small independent practice offering Advisory, Training & Workshops, and Implementation. It is not legal advice.

Services
We provide advisory diagnostics and stress tests, training & workshops, and implementation support. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and any follow-on support are agreed in writing (email is sufficient).
How work is delivered
- Work is usually delivered remotely (Zoom/online) unless otherwise agreed.
- Where appropriate, contracting and invoicing can be arranged via MVP Lab.
Fees and payment
- Fees are quoted in GBP (or another agreed currency) after scope confirmation.
- Payment is typically upfront or per milestone, as agreed in writing.
- Payment methods can include invoice/card payments (e.g., Stripe), bank transfer (e.g., Wise), or other procurement-friendly options. For larger scopes, escrow-style arrangements can be discussed.
Confidentiality
We treat client materials and discussions as confidential and do not share them without permission, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the service through agreed providers.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our frameworks, templates, and methods. You may use deliverables internally. Publication or resale requires prior written consent.
